NGF SCIENCE S.r.l. is an innovative Italian start-up, born in 2021 by the work of four young graduates, one medical practitioner, two pharmacists and an economist. It was created to make available on the market a Medical Device that would transpose the studies and intuitions of the Professor Salvinelli Fabrizio, in togetherness with all the scientists committed to uncovering the production fields of endogenous NGF.
The discovery of NGF protein at the beginning of the ‘50s is a fascinating example of how a skillful observer can extract hypotheses from an apparent chaos. Previously, neurobiologists had no idea of what processes would intervene in the correct innervation of organs and tissues of the organism.

NGF Stimulator nasal spray, releases NGF proteins and Serotonin in an autogenous way, by acting directly on the Mast Cells placed on the mucosa of the nasal cavity. This specific Medical Device contains a natural physiological solution, with specific and patented physical pressure and durability parameters both in Italy and worldwide.

By the pressure given from the spout, it recalls a proinflammatory stimuli on the Mast Cells of the nasal mucosa. Such cells degranulate and release the patient’s own NGF proteins and Serotonin.

The released NGF follows the nervous trail of the olfactory nerves, through the lateral and anterior cranial fossa up to the auditory cortex. Therefore, it protects the Forebrain, site of suffering when it comes to neurodegenerative diseases and auditory cells. The increase of endogenous Nerve Growth Factors found in cochlea, auditory cortex and ocular system leads to an increase of specific receptors, in support of the effectiveness of such protein.

With the same mechanism, we can also obtain an increase of autogenous Serotinin, which protects the overall mood (anti-depressant) and sleep-wake cycles.
